At BY LUNAS AUSTRALIA, we want you to love your fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items in original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garments are unworn to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
